Gassho: This is the highest form of respect
symbolizing unity of oneself and others. To
gassho, place the ojuzu over your hands (palms
together) with the tassel hanging down directly
in the center and your thumbs lightly on the
beads. Put your hands in front of your chest and
recite Namu Amida Butsu (the Nembutsu) softly
as many times as you wish.
