Chanting: Sutras are chanted as a form of
meditation and as an expression of gratitude to
Amida Buddha. One of the sutras, the Jusei Ge,
covers the Three Sacred Vows that were made
by Dharmakara before becoming Amida Buddha
and assuring us rebirth in the Pure Land.
